Visiting Nurses of the Lower Valley, Inc.
VNLV Mental Health Home Care program provides intervention and therapeutic services in the home to the homebound with psychiatric diagnoses, coping difficulties or drug/alcohol abuse. The program is designed to prevent repeat hospital admissions, provide advocacy and assist with services, and provide a stable transition between hospitalization and final integration into the home setting.
Services are available from the Visiting Nurses of the Lower Valley, Inc. to anyone living in Centerbrook, Clinton, East Haddam, Essex, Killingworth, Lyme, Madison, Old Lyme, Chester, Deep River, Haddam, Ivoryton, Old Saybrook and Westbrook.
