Mental Health Services

Medication management and supportive counseling are provided to those individuals with persistent mental illness who live in residential care facilities, as well as those who reside independently. Using a clinical case management approach, our psychiatric nurses monitor client progress and maintain communication with physicians and community mental health clinicians.
