The East Haddam Senior Center and Visiting Nurses of the Lower Valley are hosting  the Second Annual Health Fair: H3 Health, Happiness and Harmony Saturday, May 14^th from 10am-1pm.  There will be many vendors with health and safety related information for families, children and seniors. Bring the kids and  “ Touch a Truck” talk with emergency responders, try out a Tai chi class and listen to a speaker on Mental health. There will be food, giveaways and door prizes!
