Community Health

Blood pressure monitoring is an important public health activity. Our nurses provide BP screening on a regularly scheduled basis in our main office and at designated community locations. Our clinicians are pleased to participate in health fairs and health education forums, upon request. In addition, every fall we provide the residents of Essex, Chester and the surrounding towns with low-cost flu shots.
